1/31/2021 – USSA by 24 EXECUTIVE ORDERS

Introduction

The USSA began, on 1/6/2021. The first president of the USSA was sworn into office, on 1/20/2021. I have written, earlier this month, about both.

The socialist propagandists are moving very fast, to continue the conversion of the former USA into the USSA. Their efforts are increasing, daily, exponentially. They have power. They are the majority. They want all the power. They will get it, in time.

In his first six working days in office, the USSA first president signed 24 executive orders, an average of four a day. These were 1/20 – 22/2021 and 1/25 – 27/2021. I wonder why he did not have more, on 1/28 – 29/2021. His signing hand may have been tired. Note: God rested on the seventh day of Creation. The USSA first president is not a god.

Advancing Racial Equity and Support for Underserved Communities Through the Federal Government.

My comments: the key is “advancing equity for all.” Notice: equity, not equality. Here is the definition: “the term 'equity' means the consistent and systematic fair, just, and impartial treatment of all individuals, including individuals who belong to underserved communities that have been denied such treatment, such as Black, Latino, and Indigenous and Native American persons, Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders and other persons of color; members of religious minorities; lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ+) persons; persons with disabilities; persons who live in rural areas; and persons otherwise adversely affected by persistent poverty or inequality.”

Conclusion: THIS IS HOW THE SOCIALISTS WILL START TO FORCE EVERYONE INTO THE SAME ECONOMIC BRACKET, AS IN THE FORMER USSR.

Ensuring a Lawful and Accurate Enumeration and Apportionment Pursuant to the Decennial Census

My Comments: it starts, “we have long guaranteed all of the Nation's inhabitants representation in the House of Representatives.”

Conclusion: I do not see the word “citizens.” I see “inhabitants.” The illegal alien flood gate is about to open fully. The founding fathers of the USA did not mean that illegal aliens would be included in the Census. I know it. The socialists are building their voting base, as they continue to make the right to vote a sham, as it was in the former USSR.

Organizing and Mobilizing the United States Government To Provide a Unified and Effective Response To Combat COVID-19 and To Provide United States Leadership on Global Health and Security

My Comments: the USSA is back in the pocket of the World Health Organization.

Conclusion: need I say more?

Preventing and Combating Discrimination on the Basis of Gender Identity or Sexual Orientation

My Comments: part of this is quoted: “Children should be able to learn without worrying about whether they will be denied access to the restroom, the locker room, or school sports.”

Conclusion: this is where the boys who think they are girls can play on girls sports teams. It has been in the media. Of course, also, this is the boys who think they are girls can use the girls bathroom, etc. God made male and female. I STAND with God! I am in the majority. God plus one is the majority.

Ethics Commitments by Executive Branch Personnel

My Comments: it is an apparent attempt to insult the last president of the USA, by insinuating his fake “Russia collusion.” One section reads, “I agree that any hiring or other employment decisions I make will be based on the candidate's qualifications, competence, and experience.”

Conclusion: hiring, based on qualifications will not promote “equity,” as stated in the first executive order. Did the USSA first president shoot himself in the foot? Didn't he hurt his foot recently?

Protecting Public Health and the Environment and Restoring Science To Tackle the Climate Crisis

My Comments: this forced the stop of the TransCanada Keystone Pipeline and several other items.

Conclusion: costs for gasoline, propane, natural gas, groceries, etc. will increase soon. Wait for it.

Protecting the Federal Workforce and Requiring Mask-Wearing

My Comments: wear your mask, unless you are playing sports. If so, you don't have to do so. Don't forget, if you are a coach, player on the sidelines, or referee, to touch your mask, take it off every now and then, or pull it below your nose. Under the chin is okay.

Conclusion: it's a joke.

Revocation of Certain Executive Orders Concerning Federal Regulation

My Comments: the last president of the USA stopped many federal regulations that were irrelevant and that hurt the economy.

Conclusion: those regulations are back!

Revision of Civil Immigration Enforcement Policies and Priorities

My Comments: the last president of the USA tried to stop illegal aliens from invading the country.

Conclusion: no longer! Let them roll in in waves. They are or will be soon.

My Comments: Part of it reads, “the heads of all executive departments and agencies (agencies) shall facilitate the gathering, sharing, and publication of COVID-19-related data.”

Conclusion: let's keep the Corona Myopia Psychosis going! It's a good way to control the USSA. It is working.

Ensuring an Equitable Pandemic Response and Recovery

My Comments: notice “equitable,” not equally. “Equitable” is the USSA trick word. This wants to ensure that, by proportion of population, as many whites die from the new cold virus as “people of color.” Well, that's how I read it.

Conclusion: I thought that white was a color. I thought we are all EQUAL, in God's eyes. Was I wrong?

Establishing the COVID-19 Pandemic Testing Board and Ensuring a Sustainable Public Health Workforce for COVID-19 and Other Biological Threats

My Comments: my eyes are getting blurry from all this reading! This is a USSA establishment of more bureaucracy.

Conclusion: I need to wipe my eyes, so I can see clearly!

Improving and Expanding Access to Care and Treatments for COVID-19

My Comments: one quote is: “to improve all Americans' access to quality and affordable healthcare.”

Conclusion: OBAMACARE is coming back, in full measure. Wait for healthcare costs to increase even more. (My article yesterday wrote about it.)

Promoting COVID-19 Safety in Domestic and International Travel

My Comments: it the keep wearing the masks, everywhere almost, routine. If you fly, you must wear a mask, etc.

Conclusion: the mask-wearing won't go away, until the socialist propagandists are satisfied that they have full power.

Protecting Worker Health and Safety

My Comments: it's more of the wear your masks diatribe.

Conclusion: scientific evidence has established that wearing masks, staying inside, shutting down the economy, etc., doesn't do much good. Are you seeing the allegedly correct new cold virus numbers, daily? I have written about it before. Masks are the tool of the socialist propagandists, to take full control, which they will, in time.

Supporting the Reopening and Continuing Operation of Schools and Early Childhood Education Providers

My Comments: it seems that the first president of the USSA wants to get the kids back into face-to-face education as soon as possible.

Conclusion: public education is the way the socialist propagandists will continue to indoctrinate the minds of the gullible. It has been happening a few decades now.

A Sustainable Public Health Supply Chain

My Comments: it reads as if the first president of the USSA thinks that the last president of the USA was doing a great job on this. The USSA president will continue, adding more spending and bureaucracy, of course.

Conclusion: I can't add to my comments. It's 4:21 PM. I've been at this most of the afternoon. I'm getting bored! I have only seven more executive orders left to do!

My Comments: “The economic crisis resulting from the pandemic must be met by the full resources of the Federal Government” means that the USSA will borrow more money from China, etc., so that “your stimulus check will be in the mail soon,” if the post office can get it to you.

Conclusion: I like my comments. We don't have our borrowed from China “stimulus” checks, in the second round, yet. I don't care if we get them or not.

Protecting the Federal Workforce

My Comments: “It is also the policy of the United States to encourage union organizing and collective bargaining.” Is this enough said?

Conclusion: Didn't he mean the USSA? Ask for the union label! The price of everything will increase soon. Wait for it.

My Comments: “. . . gender identity should not be a bar to military service.” This is enough to tell you what the rest means. Read it all, if you want to.

Conclusion: the USSA military is going into ruin. The USSA will not be a world power. It will happen. Of course, God identified gender centuries ago: male and female, created in his likeness. I STAND.

Ensuring the Future Is Made in All of America by All of America's Workers

My Comments: this is about the same as “Protecting the Federal Workforce” (above). The bureaucracy continues to grow.

Conclusion: the price of everything will increase soon. Wait for it. Only three more executive orders to go, as of 4:40 PM!

My Comments: this one starts, “More than two million people are currently incarcerated in the United States, including a disproportionate number of people of color.” It adds, “we must reduce profit-based incentives to incarcerate by phasing out the Federal Government's reliance on privately operated criminal detention facilities.” It drones on.

Conclusion: yes, get the free market out of prisons, industry, the supply chain, and everything, as soon as the USSA socialists can! The USSR tried it. They failed. The USSA will do better! I'm kidding, of course.

My Comments: “There is hereby established the President's Council of Advisors on Science and Technology (PCAST).” That's enough.

Conclusion: another socialist propaganda devise bloats the bureaucracy.

My Comments: it starts, “The United States and the world face a profound climate crisis.” He should have written USSA. He will “rejoin the Paris Agreement.”

Conclusion: global warming became global climate change. It is a tool that the socialist propagandists use to hold power. They will keep using it. Wait for the price of everything to skyrocket. It will. At 4:49 PM, I am done, finally!

Conclusion

I took the following photograph, on 10/28/2010. I was on the upper middle bluff on House Mountain. I remember exactly.

The people who own the land had a flag pole and the former USA flag flying. They kept it there several years. I saw it many times. I have other photographs. In time, they took it down. The flag and the pole are gone now. The foundation of the pole remains.

I wonder what the USSA flag will look like. It will be, as I assume, about the same, with two more stars, for Washington DC and Puerto Rico (means “rich port”). The USSA will become an “equitable” port, not an “equal” port. Everyone will be able to share in the poverty, of barely able to live, in “equity.”

The former USSR did this decades ago. When will the former USA learn? Not in my lifetime. I still STAND. I know others are STANDING. We will go down in a fight. No, that doesn't mean that I am a “domestic terrorist,” to the USSA socialists that are reading this. It means that we will do down, in an intellectual fight. We are wiser that the socialists. The socialists have the power. They will keep it.

At 5:07 PM, I am signing off now. I liked my first article, of today, better. It did not cause my eyes to blur. We need 20-20 vision in the USSA. We won't get it. This country is about gone, boys, as Dad would say. Does the foundation of the flag pole still stand? We will see.

BIBLE and FAITH DISCUSSIONS - CHRISTIAN VIEWPOINT (published 1-31-2021; updated 9-17-2022)

 

Introduction

On 9/7/2016, I joined the website discussion board, Bible and Faith Discussions – Christian Viewpoint. I was still trapped at home, unable to return to work yet. I had to find ways to entertain my untrapped mind and spirit. I posted three comments. I read several comments by others.

On 1/29/2021, I posted again:

I have stopped by here many times over the years. I haven't visited, to drink coffee with y'all, in a while. My website tells you how to contact me directly. Otherwise, I may stop by again, in a few weeks or months.

I had views. I received one comment, so far. I have replied. (It was a fine comment.)

1/31/2021: Βαπτίζω in the Context of Grace

On 1/30/2021, the website administrator posted an article, to start a new discussion topic. The post is titled, “Do we need to be baptized to be saved?” The article drew my interest.

On 1/31/2021 (today), I posted my reply:

I am honored to be the first to comment on your 1/30/2021 post.

On 3/7/2009, on my website, I wrote “Why I Left.” Over the last almost 12 years, I have re-read my article many times, such as today. I still will not change one word. My unpublished book, “Light at the End of the Tunnel,” expands greatly on my 3/7/2009 article. I plan to publish.

The CoC had the formula: faith + repentance + confession + immersion (to be saved, not after one thought he had been saved) + faithful living = salvation. (The Baptist, whose faith glows, by example in life, as Mom's did, wasn't “saved,” if immersion was after having thought to have been saved by prayer. I know. I remember – even in my own sermons of decades ago.)

The CoC had that formula. I hope the CoC has matured, in the last couple of decades.

The formula is not: 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 = 5. The formula is 1 (faith that includes the others) = 1 (salvation, everlastingly).

The formula is: genuine and active faith, in response to God's grace. That faith includes repentance, confession, βαπτίζω, and living in appreciation of God's gift. (God doesn't demand perfection. He expects faithfulness.) This is the faith that takes us Home!

Βαπτίζω is defined: “I dip, submerge, but specifically of ceremonial dipping; I baptize” (https://greeklexicon.org/lexicon/strongs/907/). My God is bigger than the quibble on the mode of “immersion” or “baptism.” I know many fine Christian examples, who were “sprinkled” as adults. That was their genuine and active faith response to God's grace. Their lives demonstrate the Lord living in them. They are saved by their genuine and active faith, despite any doctrinal imperfections, such as the mode of baptism. (The correct mode of baptism is immersion, as per the Greek and New Testament examples, but I digress.)

My God honors a Christian's genuine and active faith response to his grace, through his Son. If that person's faith is incorrect on certain precise doctrinal details, then my God is bigger than that!

The earthly father instructs his son: “if you dig up the weeds in the garden, mow the yard, pick some ripe corn from the garden and bring it inside, and take a bath, then I will give you your allowance for the week.” The son, eager to honor his good father, digs up weeds and, accidentally, a few beans. He mows the yard, including some of his mother's flowers. He picks corn, several ripe but a few not ripe. Outside, he takes a garden hose and douses himself, with water, over his head and down his face. (He is hot and sweaty.) His father comes outside, just as the garden hose shower is done. His earthly father, a good man, says, “Well, you did a good enough job. You tried. You honored me. Here's your weekly allowance, son. Now, let's go HOME.”

If a good, earthly, father would do that (as my father did, similarly), how much more will our perfect heavenly Father do? (Dad didn't have the extra money to pay me an allowance, as a side note, for humor.)

God expects faith, not doctrinal perfection. Faith should guide us to be as exact doctrinally as we can be. Salvation is based on faith, not perfection in doctrinal understanding. I rest my case. My case is biblical. I can prove it. My God is bigger than that!

1/30/2021 REVIEW: MY 12/29/2020 ANNUAL PHYSICAL COST BREAKDOWN

Introduction

At 5:38 PM, on 1/30/2021, Saturday, I begin to write. Didn't you love the clouds today? What about that snow that fell a few minutes, before it turned to rain? Those were great! It was wonderful hiking weather. I joke, of course.

I'll have another article tomorrow, probably. It will have more commentary, on several topics. Until then, I thought that you might enjoy this brief article, just for fun!

My 12/29/2020 Annual Physical

I had mentioned my annual physical, in the 12/29/2020 article. I hope that my good personal care physician (PCP), who is a friend, and his wife decide to hike House Mountain with me soon! It's up to him. He knows that he may call me at any time!

The following is my financial commentary, on my 12/29/2020 annual physical. It is not pretty.

MARION'S 12/29/2020 (Tuesday, 8:15 AM) ANNUAL PHYSICAL

12/29/2020: I paid the $25.00 copay, by check.
1/09/2021, Sat., rcvd. BCBS EOB: $520.00 billed - $289.29 BCBS discount = $203.72 BCBS paid.
1/16/2021, Sat., rcvd. BCBS EOB: $412.54 billed - $378.19 BCBS discount =   $34.35 BCBS paid.
1/30/2021, Sat., rcvd. BCBS EOB:   $75.00 billed -   $63.65 BCBS discount =   $11.35 BCBS paid.

The calculation is: $1,007.54 grand total billed - $731.13 BCBS discounts = $276.41 balance due to my PCP - $249.42 BCBS paid - $25.00 I paid by check = $1.99 balance due to my PCP.

I wonder if my good PCP and friend will send me a bill for $1.99?

Conclusion

My doctor and friend does well. He is an old fashioned doctor. He listens. He hears. He does the type of checks that doctors used to do years ago. (Many don't do those checks now.) He still has to play the “modern insurance game,” which is insanity, as I see it.

My doctor and I both know that an annual physical should not cost $1,007.54. We both know that $274.42, which he was paid ($249.42 BCBS paid plus $25.00 I paid), is too much. An annual physical should not cost more than about $50.00. I see how much was charged for every little detail. For example, the audiology (my hearing check) charge was $75.00. BCBS discounted $55.14. BCBS paid my PCP $17.87. I was there. I know. The young, female assistant checked my hearing. It took her about 30 seconds. She was surprised when I could hear the tone that a human was not supposed to hear. I had some fun. Thirty seconds of work, by the assistant, earned my PCP $17.87. You can figure the hourly pay rate, if you want to do so.

At 6:01 PM, Mrs. Appalachian Irishman stated, “Alright, it's ready.” Okay, I'll stop. It's supper time, y'all!

DAD, 9/17/1927 – 1/25/2008, AGE 80: I REMEMBERED (published 1-25-2021)

My Dad, Earl Ferrell, was the last child of his parents, Marion Ferrell and Molly Gertrude Archer Ferrell. Dad was born on 9/17/1927. I am the first of four sons, of Earl and Betty (Wood) Ferrell. I was born on 7/17/1960.

Dad joined Mom, on 1/25/2008. I remember. I know the details. I do not want to repeat them in this article. They are not pleasant. I still remember.

Dad, with his eighth grade education, did well enough. He provided for all six of us. He continued Ferrell's Well Drilling, after Papaw Ferrell had started the business, in 1901. The next photograph is proof. I know. I have the photograph.

By the way, that phone number is not active any longer. If you are looking for well-drilling, please don't call Dad. He's no longer in the business.

The next photograph is an invoice that Dad wrote on 1/18/1958. That was before Mom and he married, on 9/3/1959. That was before I was born. I thought that you would like to see the photograph.

Dad was always thankful. He had a hard life. Many of us do. I do. Today was Monday, 1/25/2021. I worked from home. Mrs. Appalachian Irishman drove to and from her work. We endured. It rained most of the day.

In the midst of my work insanity, I thought that I heard Dad say, “at least you didn't have to work outside, at the well machine, in the rain, son!” Yes, Dad, I know. You did it more times than you could have counted. I was at home, trying to work through the insanity of my job. I have it easier than you ever did. Still, I don't care for what I do. You enjoyed your self-employed job. I remember.

Dad would say, in reply, “it's life, such as it is, son.” He would be right. I know it. At 5:45 PM, as the evening falls, Mrs. Appalachian Irishman is busy with supper leftovers. I hear her. It's still cloudy and rainy.

Dad, I know that men don't drop the “L” word, so I'll just say that I miss you! You were and still are a fine father. Tell Mom and so many others that I will see y'all again, in time, once I am Home too!

MY MOTHER'S BIRTHDAY, 1/21/2021, AT AGE 91 (published 1-24-2021)

Introduction

My Mom is Betty Lou Wood Ferrell (11/24/1932 – 12/27/2000). She is my biological mother. She was the finest Christian example that I have ever known. I have known many fine examples.

My Mother's Birthday

My wife and I lived in Charleston, Missouri, from 1986 to 1992. I have written about it. I moved to Charleston, in January. We married, on 5/16/1986. I was an engaged but still single “preacher boy,” for those first four months. I could cook well enough to keep me from starving. My new family, in Charleston, kept me alive, by feeding me well! I didn't have my plate broken! (That is a family joke. If you are family, you know it.)

My Charleston family started, in January. We are not related biologically. We are related spiritually. They are my family. We “adopted” each other!

I always called Mom “Mom.” I did not call her “mother.” My sister calls her mother “Mother.” My sister's Mama was and still is her mother's mother. You would have to know them and me well, to understand. I understand perfectly. I call my mother “Mother.” (She is my second mother.)

My sister and I have a “Mother.” She is Ozella Scott. She was born on 1/21/1930. She attained the age of 91, on 1/21/2021. I am in east Tennessee. My Mother and sister are in Missouri. I could not see them in person, sadly.

After work (at office), I called my sister's phone. She answered. I spoke with our Mother and with my sister. We had several long minutes of wonderful conversation! I love my Mother. I love my sister. They love me. We are family. I am glad to know that they are doing as well as they can. We each have Irish roots, primarily. Our glib Irish tongues, inspired by God's grace, waxed wonderfully well.

My Mother, Ozella Scott, is also the finest Christian example that I have ever known. (I can have two, my Mom and my Mother. They are equally the finest!)

Photographs

The best that I could do was to find two photographs. The first, below, is Charleston, Missouri, main street. I remember.

The next is the Charleston Church of Christ, where I served as minister, from January 1986 through about August 1992. The six years there were wonderful. As a “young preacher boy,” I grew and matured greatly. I had help from my family there. Our time there helped prepare us for Russia (1994 through 1999).

The building looks about the same now. The church, however, is not the building. It is the people. Hey, Mother and sister, tell the church that I said hello! I remember. I still love them!

Conclusion

Isn't this a better article than my first one today? We must keep this temporal life in the perspective of everlasting life. If we do, then we endure. If we don't, then I don't know how those folks endure. I endure, day by day, by God's grace – in assured hope of everlasting life at Home.

My Mom is at Home. Dad is at Home. Many others are Home. Until I get Home, I will continue to try to be one poor beggar who helps another poor beggar find Bread – the Bread of Life.

The USSA started, on 1/6/2021, Wednesday. The first president of the USSA was inaugurated, on 1/20/2021, Wednesday. That was a work-at-office day for me. (I worked at home Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. I worked at office Wednesday and Thursday – doing the same job, but with the extra 16.4-mile, one-way drive. I digress, however.)

Starting on 1/20/2021, a “Farcebook” post was re-posted a few times. (I don't know who posted the original.) I thought that I would “fact check” the post, to help “Farcebook.” My fact checking was done yesterday, on 1/23/2021.

Fact check: from 2016 – 2020, I don't know of any new USA (USSA) wars or “police actions.” Do you?

Post: North Korea has been under control and has not been testing any missiles.
Fact check: well, it looks as if they have launched several missile tests from 2016 to 2020.
The last one was on March 2, 2020. Note that one source is Wikipedia, “List of North Korean missile tests.” I don't rely on Wikipedia for completely accurate details. Many websites have details. The Wikipedia listing sums up the details fairly accurately.

Post: ISIS has not been heard from for over 3 years.
Fact check: well, ISIS hasn't called me – ever. I don't find anything in the news, from 2016 to 2020.

Post: the housing market is the strongest it has been in years.
Fact check: well, I don't doubt that. I have fought and won a tie, with Knox County, on our property value. I know it. I have my records to prove it.

Post: homes have appreciated at an unbelievable rate and sell well.
Fact check: see my last comment. This is redundant.

Post: peace deals in the Middle East were signed by 4 countries.
Fact check: Well, at 5:52 PM, on 1/23/2021, Saturday, supper is almost ready. I will grant that this is correct. I will not take the time to research it. The Middle East has been, at least, more quiet, from 2016 through 2020.

Post: unemployment at 6.7%.

Whoever made the original post was close to exact. Oh, well, I have this article. It will be available, to compare to data in the new USSA (Ununited Socialist States of America) that is coming soon -- to a gulag (Glavnoye Upravleniye Ispravitelno-Trudovykh Lagerey; Chief Administration of Corrective Labor Camp) near you! We must remember: we are still in the “good economic times.” Wait for the economic disaster. It will come, in a few months.

Fact Check #2

In my effort to help “Farcebook,” I will “fact check” another re-post. Today, I have seen re-posts of an original article. The original article is: “Biden ‘Stepped Up Basis’ Facebook Post,” on Truth or Fiction? By Kim LaCapria, 12/18/2020.

I found two articles, from socialistic media sources, that appear to agree. The first article was “The Potential for Major Estate Tax Changes during the Biden Administration,” on Daily Herald, 1/18/2021.

The second article was “This is how Joe Biden will tax generational wealth transfer,” on CNBC, by Darla Mercado, CFP, 3/13/2020.

In time, we will see if the first president of the USSA acts on his promise. The increased redistribution of wealth is the main goal, in the early days, of this new socialist order. Of course, the redistribution of wealth, in the former USA, had been taking place, since the 1930's.

USSA's First President

I expect nothing more than the realization of his agenda. The socialists control the executive and the legislative branches. They plan to control the judicial branch.

The 2020 Democrat (not Democratic, as they are not) Party Platform is a 92-page document. I have downloaded it and saved it on my computer. The source is PARTY PLATFORM: The 2020 Democratic Platform. I will not take the time to read it. I know the agenda.

The Soviet Union socialists had their platform. I have written about it, in my 1/11/2021 article, earlier this month. They had their agenda. The USSA socialists have their platform. They have their agenda.

The first USSA president is the puppet. Others pull his strings. The first USSA vice president will take his place in a while. The agenda will unfold, to the economic demise of the USSA. It will take time. I give the USSA about 70 years or so.

Conclusion

The USSA is at least 100 years behind the former USSR. We, who affirm biblical values that inspire our conservative mindset, are in the minority. The first century Christians were in the same minority. We must stand, as they stood.

Once we are Home, this temporal aggravation will be in everlasting perspective. Until then, we endure the temporal. We have a sure hope in the everlasting future!

I dare anyone to challenge me. I know that I am right. I will be glad to educate any challengers, if they are brave enough to seek me out.
